MugShot_denny raskaA Knox man is being held in the Marshall County Jail after County Police found drugs in his vehicle during a traffic stop on Saturday night.

A news release by Officer Bennett said that he stopped a vehicle in the area of 13th and Queen Roads about 11:45. During the investigation, the driver, 36 year old Denny William Raska was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance and drugs were located in the vehicle.  Officer Bennett noted that an infant was in the vehicle at the time of the traffic stop.

Raska was transported to Saint Joseph Health Center in Plymouth for a certified test.  He was then booked into the Marshall County Jail for Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated Second and Subsequent within the Last Seven Years, Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated Controlled Substance, and Possession of Marijuana.

Denny Raska was held on a $1,500 cash bond.
