City newsThe Plymouth Board of Public Works and Safety granted permission to Street Superintendent Jim Marquardt to seek quotes for two vehicles in his 2020 budget.  Marquardt has a new three-quarter ton, 4-wheel drive, cab and a half pick-up truck and a 4500 series dump truck chassis planned for this year.

Mike Collins from Oak Hill Cemetery was also granted approval to seek quotes to replace a 1990 dump truck. He told the Board of Works he has it in this year’s budget.

Plymouth’s Building Commissioner Keith Hammonds told the Board of Public Works that the state has updated the residential code from 2003.  He said the new code has some changes and he is currently working to learning what they are.
