Two people were arrested on drug charges by Plymouth Police on Friday following a traffic stop just before 4 in the afternoon at 2225 North Michigan Street in Plymouth.
Officer David Finn stopped a vehicle and the city’s K9 Castor indicated on the vehicle.
After an investigation, 60 year old Richard L. Dixon Jr. of South Bend was arrested for Dealing in Methamphetamine, Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Paraphernalia.
28 year old Kayla A. Daugherty of Bremen was arrested for Possession of Heroin, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Illegal Possession of a Syringe and Possession of Paraphernalia.
Both suspects were incarcerated at the Marshall County Jail. Kayla Daugherty was held on a $25,000 cash bond while Richard Dixon was held on a $50,000 cash bond.
