public intoxAbout 2:00 P.M. Sunday afternoon, Officers with the Plymouth Police Department were dispatched to two separate locations in reference to possibly an intoxicated male individual.

The suspect, 42 year old Philip Snodderly of Warsaw had been given a ride to an unnamed location and a short time later left that location.  He then attempted to gain entry into other vehicles at the Economy Inn at 2535 North Michigan Street.  That’s where Officer John Weir located Mr. Snodderl.  He was located and taken into custody for Public Intoxication and transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was held on a $255 bond.
