Marshall County could see up to 2 inches of snow.  Peak time of snow fall will be between 3 A.M. and 9 A.M., Tuesday, December 31st.

Strong west winds of between 20-30 mph could cause some moderate blowing and drifting issues particularly on north south roads.

Impacts from the storm could be periods of low visibility due to blowing snow.  Slick roads may lead to an increase in slide offs and traffic accidents.  Some roads may be impacted by moderate drifting issues.

Drivers are urged to slow down and allow extra time to reach your destination.  Increase your following distance. Drive defensively and be aware of the increased potential for icy conditions on bridges and overpasses.
