Saturday afternoon Plymouth Police were called to Dollar General at 328 Kingston Avenue in Plymouth for a theft complaint.
Officer John Weir responded just after 3 p.m. an after conducting an investigation he arrested David A. Moynihan of Whiting for theft.
He was lodged in the Marshall County Jail on a $750 cash bond.
