arrested_handcuffsPlymouth Police units were dispatched to Walmart regarding a theft on Thursday, December 12th about 10:45 in the morning.

Before arriving on the scene the suspect left in a vehicle.

Officer John Weir located the vehicle with the suspect inside in the area of JC Penney.

Following an investigation, the suspect, 29 year old Lendell M. Davis of Oak Lawn, IL was arrested and incarcerated at the Marshall County Jail for theft and possession of a stolen handgun.
