MugShot_symone harley 12-8-19On Sunday, December 8th at approximately just after 4 a.m. Marshall County Sheriff`s Department Deputy Blake Bennett conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the area of SR 331 and 11A Road.

The driver was identified as 24 year old Symone Harley of Kalamazoo, MI. She was found to be under the influence of alcohol and was taken to Plymouth Hospital for a certified test, which later showed her to be over two times the legal limit of alcohol.

Symone Harley was lodged into the Marshall County Jail for Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated Endangering a Person and Operating a Vehicle with an ACE of .15 or More and held on a $3,000 cash bond.
