On Sunday, December 1 at approximately 4:40 in the morning Marshall County Sheriff`s Deputy Blake Bennett conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the area of US 31 and 11th Road.
The driver was identified as 34 year old Sean Fleming of Walkerton.
Fleming was found to be under the influence of alcohol and was taken to Plymouth Hospital for a certified test, which showed him to be almost three times over the legal limit of alcohol.
Sean Fleming was lodged into the Marshall County Jail for Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated Endangering a Person and Operating a Vehicle with an ACE of .15 or More.
