MugSHot_saul cerrato32 year old Saul Antonio Cerrato of Bourbon was arrested Saturday, November 30th by Officer Bennett with the Marshall County Sheriff`s Department.

Deputy Blake Bennett located a vehicle slowly moving down the side of Michigan Road near 4A Road just before 6 in the morning on Saturday.

While the officer was turning around, the vehicle stopped moving.   When Officer Bennett approach to the vehicle itwas running and the male driver was identified as 32 year old Saul Cerrato of Bourbon.

Cerrato was found to be under the influence of alcohol and taken to Plymouth Hospital for a certified test, which later showed him to be over the legal limit of alcohol.

Saul Cerrato was booked into the Marshall County Jail for Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated Endangering a Person, Operating a Vehicle without Ever Receiving a License with a Prior charge, and Operating a Vehicle with an ACE of .08 or More.  He was held on a $4,500 cash bond.
