Monday evening, November 18th about 6:30 Officer Arnold with the Plymouth Police Department responded to the report of a wrong way driver on North Michigan Street.
The driver, 57 year old James L. Fear of Plymouth had struck the median in the 2100 block of North Michigan Street.
Fear was arrested and incarcerated at the Marshall County Jail for OWI controlled substance, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. He was held on a $1,500 cash bond.
