MugShot_kristopher richards 11-25-19On Saturday, November 23, about 5:15 in the morning  Marshall County Sheriff`s Department Deputy Blake Bennett conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the area of US 6 and Michigan Road.

The driver was identified as 25 year old Kristopher Richards of Walkerton.

During the traffic stop, Richards found to be operating a vehicle after being adjudged a Habitual Traffic Violator.  He was booked into the Marshall County Jail for Operating a Vehicle After Being Adjudged a Habitual Traffic Violator, a Level 6 Felony and held on a $3,000 cash bond.
