resisting arrestJust before 9 Saturday night, November 23rd Plymouth Police were dispatched for a domestic disturbance on Miller Drive.

The male suspect was reportedly intoxicated and left the business while police were en-route.

Officer David Finn located the suspect turning south on Oak Drive from US30 and attempted a traffic stop on the male, 37 year old Orlando Alvarado of Elkhart.

Alvarado continued to drive before eventually stopping.  After an investigation was completed, Alvarado was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked in for Resisting Arrest with a Motor Vehicle.  He was held on a $3,000 cash bond.
