news handcuffMarshall County Police were dispatched to the 1400 block of Jute Road in Bremen for a trespass complaint Sunday night, November 24th just before 10. 

After speaking with the victim and witnesses it was determined through an investigation that Larry Baltes, 45 of Bremen had trespassed onto the victim`s property after he had already been issued a trespass warning citation previously for the same complaint.

When officers located Baltes at his residence on Jute Road.  He was found to be highly intoxicated and was placed under arrest.   Officer Ayala transported Baltes to Marshall County Jail where he was booked for: Criminal Trespass, Disorderly Conduct and Public Intoxication.

Larry Baltes was given a bond of $3,000 cash bond and a December 17th court date.
