County Police arrest a Rochester man after clocking him at 94 mph on US 31.
Thursday morning, November 21st, at approximately 2:15, Marshall County Officer Wozniak located a speeding vehicle traveling on US 31 in the area of 11th Road.
After initiating a traffic stop, the officer detected a strong odor of alcohol on the driver`s breath. During the investigation the driver`s blood alcohol was found to be almost three times the legal limit of alcohol.
45 year old Randall Scott Spaulding was taken to the jail for operating a vehicle with a BAC of .15 or more, operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering and reckless driving. He was held on a $1,500 cash bond.
