MugShot_jennifer decker 11-17-19On Sunday, November 17th, about 2:30 in the morning, Marshall County Police were dispatched to a domestic disturbance at 15061 Yorkshire Drive in Plymouth.

Officer Wozniak arrived on the scene and located a male subject with a severe injury to his eye.

During the investigation, the male subject`s wife, 41 year old Jennifer L. Decker, was arrested for domestic battery with serious bodily injury.  She was held on a $1,500 cash bond until 4 a.m. on the 18th when she was released on bond.  Decker has an initial hearing scheduled for December 3rd in Marshall Superior Court II.
