The Marshall County Drainage Board and County Commissioners will meet Monday morning at 8:30 and 9:30 in the second floor meeting room of the County Building.
The Drainage Board has a number of items on their agenda: an appointment to the Yellow River joint county board and an update on the KanKakee-Yellow River Basin. They will consider a petition for reconstruction of the West Bunch Tile and INDOT contracts for the John Mattern Ditch.
The Drainage Board will discuss the William Troup Ditch at 6th Road and the County Auditor will discuss the Ditch Ledger Accounts.
The Commissioner will hear a report from Jason Peters from the County Highway Department, and Judge Palmer will discuss an appointment to the Court Security Committee. County Recorder Janet Howard will present an amendment to the Fidlar contract while Linda Rippy from the Marshall County Museum will present her quarterly report.
Sheriff Hassel has an out-of-state travel request and the County Attorney and County Auditor will give their reports. The final item is the 2020 Employee Benefits Insurance costs.
Both meetings are open to the public and comments and questions are always welcome.
