No Trespassing sign42 year old Peter James Deegan of Tower, Minnesota was arrested on Sunday, November 3rd by Plymouth Police.

About 7 p.m. Officer David Finn was dispatched to Walmart for the report of a male inside the store who had been previously trespassed.  When he arrived he saw Peter James Deegan.  After a brief investigation, Deegan was arrested for trespassing and transported to the Marshall County Jail.  He was held on a $2250 cash bond.
