MugShot_jack edgartonDeputy Blake Bennett with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department arrested a Granger man on Friday, October 25th after stopping his vehicle in the area of King and 6B Road about twenty minutes after 10.

The driver was identified as 33 year old Jack Edgarton. Edgarton was found to be under the influence of alcohol. He was taken to the Plymouth Hospital for a certified test, which showed him to be almost three times the legal limit of alcohol.

Jack Edgarton was lodged in the county jail for Operating A Vehicle While Intoxicated Second and Subsequent Within The Last Five Years, Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated Endangering a Person, and Operating a Vehicle with an ACE of .15 or More.
