owi-arrestOn Saturday, October 26th around 10:45 p.m. the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department received a 911 call about a vehicle in a ditch in the area of Glenn Overmyer Drive and Olive Trail.

Marshall County and Plymouth police officers responded to the area and located the driver, 28 year old Kyle Rayl of Winamac.

MugShot_kyle rayl 10-28-19Officer Ayala with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department offered Rayl the standardized field sobriety testing. He was then transported to the hospital for a chemical test.

Results indicated Rayl was almost three times the legal limit for alcohol.  He was placed under arrest and transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked for Operating a motor vehicle While Intoxicated .15% or higher and given a cash bond of $1500.
