MugShot_johanna cespedes 10-28-19On Sunday October 27, just before 6 P.M. the Marshall County Sheriff`s Department received a report of a possibly impaired driver eastbound on U.S. 30 in the area of Queen Road.

Marshall County Deputies located the vehicle and a traffic stop was conducted on it. During the course of the investigation it was determined the driver of the vehicle, 35 year old Johanna M. Cespedes of Marion, was intoxicated. She was arrested and lodged in the Marshall County Jail for Operating While Intoxicated – Endangering and Operating While Intoxicated – BAC 0.15% or above.  She was held on a $1,500 cash bond.
