Thursday morning, October 24th Officer Arnold with the Plymouth Police Department arrested of North Judson man following a traffic stop.
At 1:45 the officer stopped a vehicle near the intersection of North Michigan Street and Plymouth Goshen Trail.
The driver of the vehicle, 19 year old Michael Blough of North Judson was arrested for possession of marijuana and operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated controlled substance. He was incarcerated at the Marshall County Jail.
