MugShot_blake smithOn October 20 at approximately 3:00 a.m., Marshall County Police responded to a report of vehicle traveling all over the roadway in the area of State Road 17 and 12th Road.

Officer Bennett located the suspect vehicle and conducted a traffic stop with the vehicle in the area of State Road 17 and 10B Road.

The driver was identified as 21 year old Blake Smith of Plymouth was found to be under the influence of alcohol and taken to Plymouth Hospital for a certified test, which later showed Blake to be almost three times the legal limit of alcohol.

Blake Smith was lodged into the Marshall County Jail for Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated Endangering a Person and Operating a Vehicle With An ACE of .15 Or More and held on a $1,500 cash bond.
