Friday morning just before 10, Officer Arnold with the Plymouth Police Department conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the parking lot of the Country Place Apartments on Madison Street.
The driver of the vehicle, 47 year old Ricardo Rodriguez of Plymouth was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and driving while suspended with a prior charge.
Ricardo was incarcerated at the Marshall County Jail.
