Rochester Woman Arrested by County Police for OWI Endangering

MugShot_kayla shultzOfficer Bennett with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department conducted a traffic stop Saturday, September 21st at approximately 12:30 in the morning on a passenger care in the area of West Walnut street and Clinton Street in Argos.   

The driver of the vehicle was identified as 29 year old Kayla N. Shultz of Rochester.  Shultz was found to be under the influence of alcohol and was taken to Plymouth Hospital for a certified test, which later showed her to be almost twice the legal limit of alcohol.

Shultz was lodged into the Marshall County Jail for Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated Endangering a Person and Operating a Vehicle With An ACE of .15 Or More and held on a $3,000 cash bond.
