On Sunday morning, September 22nd, just after 10 the Marshall County Dispatch Center received a report of a physical domestic disturbance in the 8,000 block of Dart Street in Bremen.
Officer Bragg from the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department responded to the incident reportedly between a male and female. The caller said the male, identified as 28 year old Jacquese A. Love of South Bend was leaving the residence.
After investigating the incident, Officer Bragg arrested Jacquese Love and lodged him in the Marshall County Jail for Domestic Physical Battery in the Presence of a Child less than 16 years of age and Driving While Suspended with Prior. He was held on a $3,000 cash bond.
