CourthouseLast week the Marshall County Commissioners approved the request presented by Commissioner Mike Delp to move forward with the Courthouse clock tower restoration project by approving the Requests for Qualifications (RFQs) and advertising them for consideration.

Commissioner Mike Delp said he’s been working with former commissioner Kurt Garner on creating the RFQs and needed to set a date and time for the onsite visit with prospective bidders.

Delp said Garner has three firms he intends to invite to submit RFQs and a couple others that he is considering.

The County Commissioners approved advertising for the RFQs that will be submitted to their office by Thursday, October 3rd and the commissioners will open the RFQs during their meeting normal meeting on Monday, October 7th.
