The Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) announces that a drainage project is set to start Monday on State Road 331 (Capital Avenue) in St. Joseph County.
One lane will be closed in each direction between Harrison Road and Jefferson Boulevard, with the project anticipated to wrap up by November.
