ShopliftingPlymouth Police were dispatched to the Walmart on North Oak Road on Monday, September 16th for two shoplifters.

Officer John Weir located the two individuals in a car in the parking lot with items that were taken from the store.

50 year old Joseph Clay Potter of Winamac gave the officer a false name and birth date.  47 year old Sherry Lyn Benton of Winamac was found to have an active warrant out of Goshen.

Potter was lodge in the Marshall County Jail for Theft and False Informing and held on a $2,250 cash bond.  Benton was held on a $750 cash bond for Theft.
