Plymouth Police Officer Wally Derifield conducted a traffic stop Tuesday morning, September 17th just after midnight that resulted in the arrest of two women from Elkhart.
41 year old Gabriel Ray Elswick was arrested for False Informing and held on a $1,500 cash bond. 30 year old Patricia Ann Goodison was arrested for Driving While Suspended with a prior and held on a $750 cash bond.
