MugShot_sean GleasonJust before midnight on Sunday, September 15th, Bourbon Police Officer Matt Geiger was notified by Central Dispatch of a possible sleepy or intoxicated driver on U.S. 30 headed east from Gumwood Road.

Officer Geiger located the vehicle in question and stopped the vehicle for traffic violations. The driver identified as Sean M. Gleason of Ft. Wayne and was found to be intoxicated.

Mr. Gleason failed field sobriety tests and was taken for a certified test where his blood alcohol level was at .237%.   He was then taken to the Marshall County Jail and booked in for Operating a vehicle While Intoxicated. He was issued an October 1st date in the Marshall County Superior Court 2 and given a cash bond of $1,500.
