owi-arrestPlymouth Police Officer Shannon Gilmer arrested a Plymouth man Wednesday evening, September 11th following a traffic stop at Sycamore and Kenwood Avenue.

During a traffic stop, 37 yea3r old Michael T. Loftus was found to be intoxicated.  He was transported to Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center for a chemical test.  With the results of the test, Loftus was booked into the Marshall County Jail for Operating with a BAC of .15% or more with a prior and OWI Endangering.  He was held on a $3,000 cash bond.
