Culver Sand Hill Farm, LLC, the project developer and the Town of Culver are excited to announce the groundbreaking for “The Paddocks” workforce housing project.
The residential project is across the street from Sand Hill Farm apartments on Cavalier Drive in Culver. This development is the next step in Culver’s ongoing effort to support local employers by increasing housing options and ensuring their employees can live and work in Culver. The Paddocks is part of Culver’s Stellar Investment Plan under the Stellar Communities program.
To mark the beginning of construction on the latest workforce housing initiative in Culver the ground breaking ceremony will take place on Wednesday, September 11th at 11:30 a.m.
