Miller’s Assisted Living Facility – Plymouth and Miller’s Merry Manor – Walkerton teamed up to host a senior picnic open to the public which was help at the Walkerton Youth Center. The Plymouth facility supplied all the food for the picnic while Walkerton supplied the paper supplies, juice and the venue for the program. The special guest entertainer for the event was 50’s and 60’s rock-n-roller, Quentin Flagg. His program also included other genres of music such as: country, crooners, gospel, and patriotic. Assisted Living resident Marcia Caine had never seen Flagg perform before and she said “she really liked what she saw and the food was excellent”!
