arrestsOn Saturday, August 31, just before 10 P.M. Officer Arnold conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle near the intersection of North Michigan Street and U.S. 30.   After an investigation the driver, 21 year old  Alaen Medrano of Plymouth was arrested for OWI endangerment and OWI with a previous conviction.

The front passenger, 28 year old Conner Pelis of North Liberty was arrested for disorderly conduct, interfering with a law enforcement officer, and public intoxication.

The back seat passenger, 27 year old Johnathan Medrano also of Plymouth was arrested for public intoxication.

All three subjects were incarcerated at the Marshall County Jail.

They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
