Marshall County Police responded to a complaint of an unwanted guest Wednesday afternoon, August 28th about 4:15 in LaPaz.

Upon arriving, Officer Gorny observed a female in the front yard of a residence in the 100 block Troyer Street yelling and screaming.

55 year old Penny Singleton of Knox was arrested for Disorderly Conduct and Resisting Law Enforcement.  She was booked into the Marshall County Jail on a $1,000 cash bond.
