42 year old Donna M. Coffin of Plymouth was arrested on Wednesday, August at 1:30 in the afternoon on a warrant.
Coffin had an active felony warrant for her arrest for two counts of fraud. She was located, taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail where she was held on a $3,000 cash bond.
