1st Source Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Kimberly Bates, Banking Center Manager, to Assistant Vice President of the Bank. Bates manages the Plymouth banking center, as well as the LaPaz location.
Bates is active with a number of community organizations, including Marshall County 4-H, where she has served as Treasurer among other roles, Junior Achievement and the Bourbon Township Economic Development Committee.
