Marshall County Soil and Water Conservation District is hosting two learning opportunities, a chance to stay young and free food!

August 29th – Pasture Walk.  Susannah Hinds, NRCS grazing specialist, Bob Yoder, Marshall County Purdue Extension and Christine Stinson, Marshall County Health Department will be presenting.  PARP credits are available and lunch is on the house!  Free well water arsenic screening available.

September 5th– Cover Crops.  Dan Perkins, The Cover Crop Guy, will be speaking about cover crops, Purdue Extension will be speaking about herbicide carryover and local producers with experience using cover crops will be available for questions and answers.  This event will be at the Conservation Clubhouse in Plymouth.  Again, PARP credits are available and lunch is provided.
