On Friday, August 16th at approximately 10:50 PM Officer Arnold with the Plymouth Police Department conducted a traffic stop on a bicyclist on North Michigan Street near US 30 after it was impeding traffic.
The bicyclist, 31 year old Richard Hopkins of Plymouth was arrested for possession of a syringe, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was lodged in the Marshall County Jail on a $1,500 cash bond.
