BourbonPoliceOn Sunday, August 18th, just after 4 A.M. Bourbon Police Officer Matt Geiger responded to a call of a speeding vehicle on US30 going west from the east county line.

The vehicle was located at US 30 and 12th Road, clocked at 97 mph. The vehicle was stopped at US 30 and Elm Road.

The driver, Tommy A. Cross from Chicago was arrested by Officer Geiger.   Marshall County Officer Andrew Wozniak assisted with his K-9 and with Sgt. Nick Laffoon and approximately 5.5 grams of marijuana was located.

Mr. Cross was then cited into court for the Possession of Marijuana and Speeding. He was given a court date of Tuesday September 24th 2019 at 8:30 am.
