Emergency responders dispatched to another serious accident at US 31 and State Road 20 Tuesday evening, August 13th.
At approximately 5:15 in the evening, the Marshall County Sheriff`s Department received a 911 call in regards to a two vehicle personal injury crash involving a passenger car and a pickup truck at US 31 and SR 10.
Jerry Mosier was driving a white Dodge Ram pickup west on State Road 10 and crossed the northbound lanes of US31 and stopped in the median crossover. Mosier told Deputy Brown that he did not see the other vehicle, a black Nissan Murano traveling south and pulled into the path of it and was struck on the passenger side.
Driver two, Michael Vanaman, told police he was traveling south on US 31 at SR 10 and the Dodge Ram pulled in front of him and he was not able to avoid hitting the vehicle.
Both drivers and the passenger from the black Nissan Murano were all transported to the hospital for treatment. At least one of the patient`s was flown from the scene.
