Arrested_handcuffPlymouth Police Officer David Finn conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle being driven by 35 year old Kyle D. Stiles of Plymouth at Walmart.

After a brief investigation, Mr. Stiles was arrested for driving after being adjudged a Habitual Traffic Violator and Invasion of Privacy.

Mr. Stiles was transported to the Marshall County Jail on a $1,500 cash bond.
