DrugArrestOn August 11 at approximately 3:30 in the morning Officer Blake Bennett of the Marshall County Sheriff`s Department initiated a traffic stop on a single vehicle in the area of US 31 and 19th Road.  The vehicle was occupied by 50 year old Kevin R. Weber of Elkhart, 24 year old Kelsey C. Fleming of Mishawaka, and 51 year old Thomas B. Willis of Delphi.

During the traffic stop approximately two ounces of crystal methamphetamine, syringes, multiple small plastic bags, a scale, marijuana, and approximately $1,700 cash suspected to be from the sale of drugs were seized.

MugShot_kelsey fleming 8-10-19Two occupants, Kelsey Fleming and Thomas Willis, were transported to the Marshall County Jail.   Kelsey Fleming was booked for Dealing Methamphetamine at least 10 grams as a Level 2 Felony, Possession of Methamphetamine at least 28 Grams as a Level 3 Felony, and Unlawful Possession of a Syringe as a Level 6 Felony.

Additional charges may be forthcoming following the review by the Marshall County Prosecutor`s Office.
