Warrant arrestPlymouth Police served warrants on several subjects the end of July.

On Monday, July 29th Officer Krynock was dispatched to Wal-Mart in reference to suspicious activity about 6:15 in the evening. While he was investigating he learned that 25 year old Olivia Marie Ketcham, one of the subjects identified was found to have an active warrant for her arrest. She was lodged at the Marshall County Jail on the parole violation and held with NO Bond.

About 8:00 PM Monday evening, July 29th, 37 year old Rachel Jones was arrested by Officer Arnold on an outstanding Marshall County Warrant at her residence on West Adams Street.  Rachel Jones was incarcerated at the Marshall County Jail for Failure to Appear Fines and Costs and held on a $151 cash bond.

Officer Krynock conducted a traffic stop on July 31st at 4 p.m. in front of 328 Kingston Road.  The driver of the vehicle, 44 year old Josheb R.  Larrison of Bourbon was found to have an active warrant for his arrest through Marshall County. Larrison was transported to the Marshall County Jail and held for Contempt of Court with a $1,200 cash bond and Failure to Appear with NO BOND.

 

Listeners and readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
