news handcuffOn Thursday, August 1st, at approximately 10:30 PM Officer Arnold with the Plymouth Police Department responded to the report of a possible impaired driver.

Officer Arnold located the alleged impaired driver and conducted a traffic stop on their vehicle near the intersection of Lake Avenue and Fourth Street.

The driver of the vehicle was determined to be a juvenile and not of legal age to be operating a motor vehicle.

The front seat passenger, 45 year old Chad Allen of Granger was arrested for neglect of a dependent and incarcerated at the Marshall County Jail.
