Plymouth Police Officer David Finn was dispatched to the Probation Office at 112 West Jefferson Street on Thursday, August 1st for a client that had failed a drug screen. 38 year old Roger Hall of Etna Green reportedly failed a drug screen and was also interfering with a drug screen.
Mr. Hall was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked for the Probation Violation and held on a $500 cash bond and also Interfering with a Drug Screen with a $1,000 cash bond.
