arrested_handcuffsPlymouth Police Officers were dispatched to the 816 Angel Street on Saturday morning for a report of a disturbance.

Officer Emenhiser arrived on scene about 6:30 and observed two females actively fighting in the street.

Following an investigation, 24 year old Devan Mayea of Walnut Street was arrested for Battery, Disorderly Conduct and Public Intoxication.  She was lodged in the Marshall County Jail on a $1,500 cash bond.
