Saturday night about 10, Officer David Finn conducted a traffic stop at 2405 North Michigan Street.
During his investigation it was found the driver, 24 year old Jose A. Tapia Carranze of Plymouth did not have an operator’s license.
Carranza was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked in for Operator Never Licensed and held on a $750 cash bond.
