news handcuffOn Sunday, July 21st, about 8:15 in the evening, Plymouth Police were dispatched to Walmart for a suspected impaired driver. 

Officer Derifield made contact with the driver, 31 year old William D. Freck of Plymouth.  After a brief investigation, Freck was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated above .15%, Operating While Intoxicated – Endangerment and for a Home Detention violation. 

Freck was transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on a $3,000 cash bond for the Operating violations and with NO BOND on the Violation of Home Detention.
